Miles I actually ran: 0
So my punishment for spending all day lolling on the sofa, feeling sorry for myself, was to end up lying awake until 5am. Having only had 90 minutes sleep last night, running wan't really what I was up for after work today. So I had a nice nap (yes I am totally setting myself for another failed nights sleep) and went for a lovely evening stroll.
I will try harder tomorrow.
I have heard rest is important for muscle recovery. Hopefully todays lack of running will make me faster tomorrow??
