Miles I actually ran: 6
Today I ran 6 miles. Now I'm quite sweaty.
It was a nice cool evening in comparison to the last few weeks.
About 4 miles in, my gluteus maximus started to hurt, so then I had to limp home. Not quite sure how I managed to injure it.
Probably should do some stretches now, so that it doesn't stop me from running, because that would be bad! Tbh this meme says it all!
