Choices, choices

Miles I am supposed to run: 6

Miles I actually ran: 5.5 (not a bad attempt)

Pace: 1mile/hr

Today I had 2 choices (because I couldn't think of a good enough excuse not to run). Go to speed training with the running club, or smash out a quick 6 miles and come home for two for Tuesdays and a Good Wife marathon on Netflix. 

I went with the latter option.

Unfortunately, I didn't quite "smash out a quick 6 miles." Pretty sure I am getting slower.
